Service Recipient - any natural person accessing the Service and using the services provided through the Service by the Service Provider.
Electronic Communication - Communication between parties via electronic mail (e-mail) and contact forms available on the website.
II. General Provisions The Terms of Service define the rules of operation and use of the Service, as well as specify the scope of rights and obligations of Service Recipients and Service Providers related to the use of the Service.
The subject of the Service Provider's services is to provide free tools in the form of the Service, allowing Service Recipients access to content in the form of entries, articles, audiovisual materials, or internet applications and electronic forms.
Any content, articles, and information containing characteristics of tips or advice published in the Service are merely a general collection of information and are not directed at individual Service Recipients. The Service Provider is not responsible for their use by Service Recipients.
The Service Recipient assumes full responsibility for the way in which the materials made available through the Service are used, including their use in accordance with applicable laws.
The Service Provider does not provide any warranty as to the usefulness of the materials placed on the Service.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Service Recipients of the Service or third parties in connection with the use of the Service. The Service Recipient using the services of the Service assumes all risks associated with the use of the Service, especially with the use and utilization of information posted on the Service.
III. Terms of Service Use The use of the Service by each Service Recipient is free and voluntary.
Service Recipients are obliged to familiarize themselves with the Terms of Service and other documents constituting its integral part and must accept its provisions in full in order to continue using the Service.
Service Recipients may not use any personal data obtained in the Service for marketing purposes.
Technical requirements for using the Service:

In order to ensure the security of the Service Provider, Service Recipients, and other Service Recipients using the Service, all Service Recipients using the Service should adhere to generally accepted network security principles.
Actions performed personally by Service Recipients or using software are prohibited:
without written consent, decompilation and analysis of source code,
without written consent, causing excessive server load of the Service,
without written consent, attempts to detect vulnerabilities in the Service's security and server configuration,
attempts to upload or inject code, scripts, and software into the server and database that may cause harm to the Service software, other Service Recipients, or the Service Provider, without written consent,
attempts to upload or inject code, scripts, and software into the server and database that may track or steal data from Service Recipients or the Service Provider, without written consent,
taking any actions aimed at damaging, blocking the operation of the Service or preventing the achievement of the purpose for which the Service operates.
In the event of detecting or potentially detecting an incident of Cybersecurity or GDPR violation, Service Recipients should first report this fact to the Service Provider in order to quickly resolve the problem/threat and secure the interests of all Service Recipients of the Service.
IV. Conditions and Rules of Registration Service Recipients may use the Service without the need for registration.
Service Recipients must be registered and have an account in the Service to use additional services provided in the Service, available only to Service Recipients after logging in.
Registration on the Service is voluntary.
Registration on the Service is free of charge.
Each Service Recipient may have only one account on the Service.
Technical requirements related to account registration:

Service Recipients registering in the Service consent to the processing of their personal data by the Service Provider to the extent to which they were entered into the Service during the registration process and their subsequent changes or deletion.
The Service Provider has the right to suspend or delete Service Recipients' accounts at its own discretion, thereby preventing or limiting access to individual or all services, content, materials, and resources of the Service, especially if the Service Recipient violates the Terms of Service, generally applicable legal provisions, rules of social coexistence, or acts to the detriment of the Service Provider or other Service Recipients, the legitimate interests of the Service Provider and third parties cooperating or not cooperating with the Service Provider.
All services of the Service may be changed in terms of their content and scope, added or subtracted, as well as temporarily suspended or access to them may be restricted, at the Service Provider's discretion, without the possibility of objection in this regard by Service Recipients.
Additional security rules regarding account use:
Registered Service Recipients are prohibited from sharing their login and password to their account with third parties.
The Service Provider has no right and will never demand from Service Recipients the password to their chosen account.
Account Deletion:
Every Service Recipient with an account in the Service has the option to delete their account from the Service independently.
Service Recipients can do this by logging into the panel on the Service.
Deleting an account results in the deletion of all identifying data of the Service Recipient and anonymization of the username and e-mail address.
V. Terms of Newsletter Service Provision Service Recipients may use the Service without subscribing to the Newsletter.
Subscribing to the Newsletter service is voluntary.
Subscribing to the Newsletter service is free of charge.
Technical requirements related to the Newsletter service:
possession of an individual e-mail account,
Terms of Newsletter service provision:
providing an individual e-mail account in the electronic form,
verification of the provided e-mail account by activating the link sent to it,
expressing consent to receive e-mail notifications,
Scope of Newsletter service:
notifying about new updates, posts, contests, and other promotional activities related to the services of the Service,
notifying about promotional activities of Service partners (Marketing Messages),
Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service:
Every Service Recipient subscribed to the Newsletter service has the option to unsubscribe from the service independently.
Service Recipients can do this by using the link provided in each e-mail message.
Unsubscribing from the Newsletter service results in the removal of the provided e-mail address from the Service Provider's database.
VI. Communication Terms and Provision of Other Services in the Service
The Service provides services and tools enabling Users to interact with the Service in the form of:

In the event of Users contacting the Service Provider, Users' personal data will be processed in accordance with the "Privacy Policy," which is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.
Conditions for posting content by Users on the Service:
Users are prohibited from posting offensive or defamatory content towards the Service Provider, other Users, third parties, and third-party entities.
Users are prohibited from posting text, graphic, audiovisual materials, scripts, programs, and other works for which the User does not have a license, or whose author of property rights has not consented to free publication.
Users are prohibited from posting vulgar, pornographic, erotic, and content contrary to Polish and European law, as well as links to sites containing such content.
Users are prohibited from posting scripts and programs that excessively burden the server, illegal software, software used to violate security, and other similar actions, as well as links to sites containing such materials.
Users are prohibited from posting marketing content and advertisements for other commercial services, products, or commercial websites.
VII. Collection of User Data
To properly provide services by the Service, protect the legal interests of the Service Provider, and ensure compliance of the Service's operation with applicable law, the Service Provider collects and processes certain User data through the Service.
For the proper provision of services, the Service uses and stores certain anonymous information about the User in cookies.
The scope, purposes, methods, and rules for processing data are available in the attachments to the Terms and Conditions: "GDPR Information Obligation" and in the "Privacy Policy," which are an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.
